On This Day
In the morning your safari driver guide will take you to Tarangire National Park.
Tarangire National Park is located at the northern part of Tanzania in Manyara region and it is about 2 hours drive from Arusha city.
After arriving you will process the registration and use some washrooms if you need to do so.
Tarangire National Park has the highest population density of elephants in Tanzania. Tarangire comprises of herds up to 300 elephants which scratch the dry river bed for underground streams, also the migratory wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, impalas, gazelles, hartebeests and elands. It’s the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem - a smorgasbord for predators – and the one place in Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are regularly observed.
After the whole day game drive in the evening you will be taken to Arusha or at any place you were taken.
